Delivery Policy

Clean Plate co. delivers anywhere within Gauteng for a flat rate of R100 per delivery (please contact us if you are unsure whether we will deliver to your address). That is for all orders placed online through our website, cleanplate.co.za.

Choose your delivery date at checkout. Deliveries can be made Monday to Saturday within one week of placing your order.

CleanPlate Co. also offers next day delivery for all orders made within Gauteng at a flat rate of R100 per delivery (please contact us if you are unsure whether we will deliver to your address). That is all orders placed online through our website, cleanplate.co.za, Sunday to Friday, will be delivered by our courier partner before the end of the next day.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays. All orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.

We offer free delivery within Gauteng for all orders valued at R1000 or more.

For the time being, CleanPlate Co. does not deliver to anywhere outside of Gauteng.
Return & Exchange Policy

If more than five (5) days has gone by since delivery date of your order, CleanPlate Co. will not consider your order for return or refund under any circumstances.

Despite every effort to ensure that your order arrives perfectly as expected, CleanPlate Co. understands that not all orders will. Though this is a rare occurrence, please contact us immediately should you receive an incorrect, spoiled or damaged order.

Though every effort has been made to ensure safe and secure delivery of your order, sometimes a packet may arrive opened due to travel. An open packet doesn't always mean it is spoiled or bad. We would like the opportunity to assess it for you.

It is essential that you keep your order in exactly the condition you received it. Do not open nor consume it. Take photographs for reference.

Once your query has been assessed, our team will either advise you on cooking, or make the decision on whether to replace or refund your products wholly or partially.

Due to the nature of our product, this being perishables, we cannot under any circumstances exchange or refund the following (and not limited to): orders made in error, unwanted ingredients (whether for taste or allergies), packets left unrefrigerated or left to expire, or unwanted gifts.
